Pooh ("the Platform") is exclusively designed for and restricted to women users. By accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that you identify as a woman and acknowledge that providing false information about your gender identity may result in immediate account termination. The Platform reserves the right to verify user identity and gender through appropriate verification processes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pooh, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms or do not meet the platform's gender requirements, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

3. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. The Platform operates in compliance with all applicable anti-discrimination laws while maintaining its status as a women-exclusive platform under the principle of special provisions for women under Article 15(3) of the Indian Constitution.

• Not sharing access credentials with non-eligible users
• Reporting any identified male users or inappropriate behavior
• Maintaining the safety and privacy of other users
• Not disclosing sensitive platform information to non-members

Users agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Additionally, content that compromises the women-only nature of the platform or exposes member information to non-members is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pooh and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized sharing of platform content with non-members is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pooh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. This includes any breaches of platform security or privacy resulting from unauthorized sharing of access.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
